Beginners Yoga Class

These classes use well known asanas (postures) and their variations, Pranyama (breath work), Relaxation and Meditation to provide a fundamental Yoga practice. The focus of the class is teaching correct poses, breath, meditation and relaxation. These classes are suitable for Beginners and more advanced.

This class is aimed at a Level 1, 2 and options for Level 3 practitioners. This class is recommended for people who have been practising Yoga for several years and have no injuries or special needs.

AJ’s Sports Centre: 43 Endiandra St, Algester

Valley View Park: 43 Ridgevale Blvd, Holmview – During school terms only

  • Timetabled classes are 50-60 minutes duration and are $15 per class (Casual) or $120 for a 10-class-pass ($12 per class)

  • Cash only please, No Eftpos facilities available

  • Booking required for: 'Introduction to Yoga Course' and Workshops

  • Please arrive about 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the class. Bring a mat or towel and water bottle. We have mats at the Studio you are welcome to use for your class.  Wear clothes suitable for practising Yoga. 

  • The Studio is closed for any designated Public Holidays for Logan, Queensland and Australia.

  • CLASSES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE OR CANCELLATION DUE TO UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES (eg. unsafe weather), IN THE RARE CIRCUMSTANCE THAT THIS OCCURS WE OFFER OUR DEEPEST APOLOGIES
