Timetabled classes are 50-60 minutes duration and are $15 per class (Casual) or $120 for a 10-class-pass ($12 per class)

Please arrive about 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the class. Bring a mat or towel and water bottle. We have mats at the Studio you are welcome to use for your class. Wear clothes suitable for practising Yoga.
The Studio is closed for any designated Public Holidays for Logan, Queensland and Australia.

Beginners Yoga Class
These classes use well known asanas (postures) and their variations, Pranyama (breath work), Relaxation and Meditation to provide a fundamental Yoga practice. The focus of the class is teaching correct poses, breath, meditation and relaxation. These classes are suitable for Beginners and more advanced.
This class is aimed at a Level 1, 2 and options for Level 3 practitioners. This class is recommended for people who have been practising Yoga for several years and have no injuries or special needs.
General Yoga Class
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
A beautiful flow practice designed to increase flexibility, strength and stamina as well as calm the mind. Using Yoga asana (postures), breath, meditation and relaxation to achieve an intense but subtle workout. Perfect for those ready for a more challenging Yoga experience.
